What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View a list of issues

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is a new feature, I'd like to be able to add comments directly from the 
list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.5 on Windows 7 and Chrome 18.0.1025.162 m

Please provide any additional information below.
