Add "powermock-api-unsupported-cglib" #305

Add a "powermock-api-unsupported-cglib" module to the API:s that implement a 
ProxyFrameworkImpl that uses CGLib (copy the one from EasyMock API). This 
allows people to use unsupported frameworks like JMock without depending on the 
EasyMock API or creating their own ProxyFrameworkImpl.
