I'm a little bit puzzled. In most cases (in fact all except "es") we do have a
"tbox/everytime/initialTBoxAnnotations_.". That has to be moved to
firsttime, if I understood correctly.
In some cases in firsttime exists a "vitroAnnotations_." as well.
The initialTBoxAnnotations from the everytime directory have the following
content:
http://vivoweb.org/ontology/core#pmcid http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label "PubMed Central ID"@en-US . http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ERO_0000071 http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label "Software"@en-US . http://purl.org/ontology/bibo/Note http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label "Note"@en-US . http://www.w3.org/2006/vcard/ns#language http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label "has language"@en-US . http://vivoweb.org/ontology/core#offeredBy http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label "offered by"@en-US . http://vivoweb.org/ontology/core#dateTimeValue http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label "date/time value"@en-US . http://vivoweb.org/ontology/core#isCorrespondingAuthor http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label "Is this person a corresponding author?"@en-US .
The vitroAnnotations contain stuff like this:
@prefix vivo: http://vivoweb.org/ontology/core# . @prefix xsd: http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema# .
http://purl.org/ontology/bibo/ rdfs:label "Bibliographic Ontology"@en-US ; vitro:ontologyPrefixAnnot "bibo" .
http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core rdfs:label "SKOS (Simple Knowledge Organization System)"@en-US ; vitro:ontologyPrefixAnnot "skos" .
http://vivoweb.org/ontology/core rdfs:label "VIVO Core Ontology"@en-US ; vitro:ontologyPrefixAnnot "vivo" .
After sorting things out what should the "firsttime/initialTboxAnnotations." look like in the end?

I think I would recommend having one file – firsttime/initialTBoxAnnotations (with capital B) – and moving any triples from vitroAnnotations that have language-tagged literals into that file. We should remove any triples without language tags from these language-specific directories completely (such as the ontology prefixes in the example above) so as not to have redundant copies. I haven't looked yet, but I suspect this last step might involve double-checking that en-US doesn't contain any general ontology annotations that should be moved to the main TBox directory.

Moved initialTBoxAnnotations from everytime to firsttime, removed empty evertyime directories, removed redundancies/inconsistencies in German/French filegraph
directories, fixed type in German vitroAnntotations. Seems it fixes VIVO-1802 partially (not the Thing thingy, though).

This task is to ensure that each i18n language directory contains a file named "initialTboxAnnotations_xx_yy.n3|.ttl" in its "rdf/tbox/firsttime" directory.
In some cases, a file named "vitroAnnotations.n3|.ttl" serving the same purpose as "initialTboxAnnotations". In these cases, the file should be renamed to "initialTboxAnnotations".
Finally, the current core file should be removed: ./home/src/main/resources/rdf/tbox/firsttime/vitroAnnotations.n3
