Yes, please go ahead and grab this one if it interests you. This is an old issue from my Cornell job and it isn't likely to rise to the top of my priority list too quickly. I believe a pull request against the development branch is the way to go, but I still need to learn the details of how pull requests work. (I suspect I should probably be submitting any of my future changes the same way.)
