VIVO-1817: No validation on any fields in 'Contacts' tab #73

Route: Organizations > [Chemistry] > Profile page > Contacts tab > Add 'phone' Organisations > [Chimie] > Profile page > Coordonnées > Ajouter 'Téléphone'

Just to point out that there is no validation on the fields for phone, fax,  email, or mailing address in the Contacts tab of a profile page.

Fields accepts any combination of letters, characters, numbers, and html such as bold.

This is in both english and french versions.
