建议增加一个可以配置的开关，平时能让开发人员临时禁用插件。因为build速度太慢，我们现在不得不在平时把umi-plugin-antd-theme彻底删掉，打包之前再把插件补回package.json。

可以暂时自己写个插件，根据环境情况警禁用掉一些插件

我的方案是修改umi-plugin-antd-theme依赖源文件，加一个判断，配合启用mfsu，可实现效果和热更新效率的兼顾 重点就是下面的renderLess耗时
