Add Google Voice Recognition #17

Many have asked for this feature, but I haven't any time to implement this myself right now. I may come back to this another time, however.

Slightly covered but it's Speech Synthesis, not Speech Recognition.

Go ahead. My main problem with this was that I couldn't design a nice-looking interface to go with it.

Maybe you could use Jared's design?

Anyways, since I'm using Google APIs, we can implement a lot of new features.
