[Create plugin] button on the plugin page leads to a 404

Describe the bug When clicking on the [Create plugin] button at the top of the Plugin page, the user is redirected to https://cheshire-cat-ai.github.io/docs/plugins-registry/plugin-from-template/ and displayed a 404.

To Reproduce Click on the button [Create plugin]
