Maven Central? #2

Hi,

How about uploading artifacts of this project to Maven Central? This library could be useful for many other projects, and having it available in Maven Central would facilitate its adoption.

Yes, I definitely need to mavenize the project. The only thing that was stopping me was that one dependency library that I had to modify to make some of mzML/mzXML parsing work faster.
