Single DSD Track file extraction #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the DSD single track extraction in SACD_extract 0.3.6 delivers 
additional two seconds break with "digital zero" before the beginning of the 
modulation on the first track marker.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The first audio track should have its starting point at the position of the 
first track marker, the extracted "track 1" should not have its starting point 
on the "countdown" marker (with 2 additional seconds) before.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.6 WinXP

I also have this issue on Mac OS X Versions 10.8 - 10.9.3.
