Finalize Tech Stack - Updated Tech Stack Widget on Dashboard #255

Describe the bug When the team finalized the tech stack selection, the tech stack widget on the dashboard doesn't get updated with the final selections.

To Reproduce Bug Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to Tech Stack page, use the Final Tech Stack button to make your final selections for the team, save changes.
  2. Go to Dashboard, tech stack widget should show final selections but currently shows the empty state.

Expected behavior Tech Stack widget on dashboard once final selections have been made: Screenshot 2024-09-11 at 3 28 18 PM

There are plans to make changes to the tech stack page so this should be resolved with that, but in case it doesn't, I am leaving this issue open, but don't worry about it right now for the frontend team.
