Update for Myanmar #165

I update Add States, Regions, Union Territories, and Townships of Myanmar and already sent direct mail to you.

Glad to see you here!

I already merged the locations of Myanmar you sent me (with some corrections) to master (#164).

Could you please:

  1. Update your fork with the latest changes.
  2. Complete the Townships of Kayin State.
  3. Send a new pull request just with those changes.
