The city Field not updating #169

I am using Flash pro as a theme and I have not being able to make it fill the city field when changing state field https://vendamolo.com

Same, this started happening recently on just one site. I deactivated all the plugins but woocommerce and this plugin and it still requires refreshing the site before it loads the accurate the city
