Problem when selecting municipio #208

Hi Guys, there seems to be a bug with the plugin, where anytime municipio its selected, it shows as required even though you already select the municipio you want. This does not allow to do a proper checkout and the order goes refused as the municipio field still shows as required... can you guys please help on this?
