Standardize XML data file names. #67

As suggested by @MehtapIsik 

Names of the xml data files are confusing. Can we change them all to a "[protein name] _ 
[fluorescent probe] _ [non-fluorescent ligand(if exists)] _ [experiment date].xml" format?
