Using Heterozygous only model #301

Hi, I would like to use the "het - Heterozygous only model, code as 0/1/0" function in PRSice. However, I am wondering what would be the best corresponding plink GWAS result file to use as the input. In plink 2.0, both the genotypic and hetonly flags produce GWAS results under the 0/1/0 coding. Does PRSice work with both sets of result files? Thanks!

We've not perform any research on that actually. But I'd imagine using a GWAS on her effect will be the best, though using the additive one should not be too problematic either. It all depends on what you've got
