Update the pandoc options as in shell scripts #21

https://github.com/chrisanthropic/Open-Publisher/pull/17 updated the pandoc options, but did not update the rakefile which is what documentation also suggests that it should be used from the docker container perspective.

Cleanup of the whitespace in rakefile (since I already touched it)
