You need to install the following from AUR on ArchLinux
GCC11
CUDA11.7
Using pip inside Virtual Environment:
PyTorch with cuda11.7
Build and install from source:
Open3D v0.17.0 from source
If one of the dependencies failed to build, install it using Pacman and change CMakeList to use the system pre-installed
MinkowskiEngine v0.5.4 with OpenBlas and CUDA11.7
if it couldn't link with one of the libraries, you could use library_dirs with a path to the library directory, which is installed using Pacman
