Change Endpoint Survey Logic

~The time when endpoint notifications should appear will change as well as the message for each of the three endpoint surveys (study supervisor will provide the details).~

Update 20.07.2019

The logic of the endpoint surveys will change. Instead of having endpoint surveys at 3, 6, and 12 months, there will be different types of surveys at 2.5, 5, and 9 months:

• Enrollment questionnaire (has to be filled in during enrollment on New Patient Screen → no Required Action needed)
• Adherence questionnaire (after 2.5, 5, 9 months)
• Satisfaction questionnaire (after 5, 9 months)
• Quality of Life questionnaire (after 5, 9 months)

Additionally, a Required Action is needed after 9 months to inform the user that they should send the patient to draw blood.
