Add missing GBT effects, reduce for conciseness #10

Normally I'd do this as multiple PRs but I think I'm the only one interested in updating this page still, oh well.

I added a notice that makes sure to note that GBT is now the legacy driver, and provided a link to the new Music Editor page.

I removed a lot of passages, and I updated the effects to include what was missing. This is partially a port of a PR I made to the gb-studio-site repo.
