clarification and explanation of "others" section in README #173

  1. While both "gpg --dearmor" and "gpg --dearmour" provide the same functionality (tested in debian 11) "gpg --dearmor" should be preferred since it is directly listed in official documentation from gnupg.org, https://www.gnupg.org/documentation/manuals/gnupg/Operational-GPG-Commands.html

  2. Expanded instructions for generic installations to explain the individual steps rather than provide a summary one-liner. Especially in light of the new signing method for repositories in use since debian 11 bullseye.

Concerning the first point, I made according changes in 55fe3e61. For the second point, I would rather keep such explanations out of the README. I understand the intention of explaining the steps made, documentation of basic system administration steps is out of this tool's scope.
