fix up some links #29

Hey I was having trouble following the links from the readme. I've never seen the syntax you were using before for github markdown, so I'm not sure if it was intentional, but I was not able to follow the links as they were from GH.

Thanks. I wrote the README to be parsed by YARD and the links are supposed to go to the local copies of the example chapters. This, of course, doesn't work on GitHub.
