Would it be possible to include system apps with specific permissions into the image during resigning?
An use-case for this would be to include the Cerberus anti-theft app onto the system partition, so that any would be thief would need access to a computer to reflash the entire OS in order to keep the phone, if the thief is that smart that is ;).
