Representatives can manage Chat enhancers from outside an active chat window #1

As a Representative I want to:

Make changes to per-Representative, per-event chat settings without having to be inside of an active chat. Specifically, I want to:

  • Set or modify my chat Greeting.
  • Set of modify my set of chat Snippets.

So that I can better prepare and be confident in all chat interactions.
