As a Representative in a booth with 1:1 Video/Audio capability, in a chat with an attendee,
I want to:
Have a simple, easy-to-see and error-resistant way to request audio or video chat with the attendee. The Video and Audio ("Call") buttons should be highly visible and not positioned immediately adjacent to the "End Chat" button which, currently, draws a much greater portion of the user's attention and is easily clicked inadvertently. The current UX is worsened by not having any alert/confirmation on click of "End Chat".
Anecdotally, Representatives have reported clicking "End Chat" when they meant to go to Video, resulting in a negative interaction with potential employees.
So that I can feel confident using the platform to interact with candidates.
