Expand on README.md and write a proper introduction #59

Should include all dependencies (including PyQt4 and SIP) and also give a basic introduction to colored coins as well as links to learn more about it.

Any comments people? I'd like to add sponsors for this project, for example.

I think we should highlight that PyQt4 is necessary only for GUI version. It's might seem obvious, but people can be confused.

Command-line version requires only python-bitcoinlib, pycoin and python-ecdsa.

Sponsors: I think you can just point to http://coloredcoins.org/ That site says "Proudly sponsored by eToro" in the bottom right corner, that's our only sponsor this far (*). But if we point to the site we won't need to update sponsor lists if more sponsors will appear.

*: Well, I also got ~2 BTC from anonymous donors.
