Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Dreamwarden Lurosa in moonglasde should give the quest Return to Morthis Whisperwing after no mere dream.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Pick up quest no mere dream from Clintar Dreamwalker https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?quest=10965
2. Protect Clintar Dreamwalker's Spirit while it gathers the relics of Aviana, then speak to Dreamwarden Lurosa
3. Speak to Dreamwarden Lurosa to complete de quest
4. Dreamwarden Lurosa does not have any quest mark.
