the packages installation issue

Hello, I have a problem with installation and have no idea what to do. The thing is, im new to Blender and this is my first addon that i decided to install. I apologise in advance for my bad english.

I am not quite sure about the reason from this screenshot alone. Are there any log messages displayed in the box below these buttons? May I also ask what operating system you are using (e.g. Windows, MacOS or Linux) and how you installed Blender (e.g. from the Microsoft Store / Steam / Official Website)?

I use Windows and I installed from the official website.

I'll try to reinstall from Microsoft Store and I'll let you know if it works.

When the error message pops up, are there any related logs?

Sorry I still cannot locate the issue from these logs. I have two more thoughts, but cannot guarantee they will work:

• Use the official installer (not Microsoft Store), but install Blender in a non-system directory instead of C:\Program Files\.
• Or, use the official installer (not Microsoft Store), and run Blender as Administrator to install the packages.
