Add mourning mode to the overall page style

Description

This PR adds a mourning mode to the overall page style in order to create a somber and respectful atmosphere. The changes include modifying the color scheme to darker tones and adding a mourning symbol to the main layout component.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the custom.css file to change the primary color, secondary color, and background color to darker tones. Added a new CSS class for the mourning style.
• Created a new React component, MourningSymbol.js, to display a mourning symbol. Styled the component with the mourning CSS class.
• Modified the index.js file to import the MourningSymbol component and add a condition to check if the mourning mode is enabled. If enabled, the MourningSymbol component is added to the layout and the mourning CSS class is applied.
