set status cause ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install v1.3.1
2. login to the google talk
3. click STATUS and then click SET

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

If none of the radio button is selected the radio.getValue() will return -1,The
program haven't check this.
Fixed at rev45
