Describe the Bug

I am often listening to my personalized music station on AM, and it plays songs both from what I already have and some recommendations, but all songs display as "in library". I then start to search in my library for the current playing song and it's not there. And when a song is in fact in my library and I want to REMOVE it from my library, Cider only displays the "add to library" button, so I have to search for the song in the library or open it's AM page, and remove it from there.

Steps to Reproduce

Play personalized radio station
If a song that is playing is in the library, try to remove it
If a song that is playing that you know is not in your library Cider may still display that it is

After investigating, I have found out that this is mainly caused by the Apple Music region not being set in Cider Settings -> General -> Apple Music.

My suggestion is to add this step to the setup screen, as it is buried in settings.
