wiki pages - comprehensive template resources #12

We need to provide a summary page that consolidates template resources for each spec (e.g. add in CanCOGeN, MonkeyPox, AMBR, etc.), kind of like: https://github.com/cidgoh/DataHarmonizer/wiki/DataHarmonizer-Template-SOPs

Update in both the DH wiki and the pathogen-genomics-package.
