When explaining confusion matrices, rename with childcare labels #11

When explaining confusion matrices in chapter on loss functions, rename the svg images such that 1 is 'Received childcare support' and 0 'Didn't receive childcare support'. This makes the mapping of the explanation in the text to the image much more intuitive.
