Adding Tidydata Tutor #321

Hi Professor Soltoff!

I hope you, and your family, and CFSS are all doing well! 🌱🌞

I saw a cool new tool called tidydatatutor that visualizes the execution of tidyverse code. I thought it might be helpful for building some data wrangling intuition, so I added a link to the dplyr page in the notes. I think I remembered the development process (knit the RMD post-change), but I'll watch the checks. Definitely let me know if anything would cause a merge conflict / be dev-ops-y less than ideal -- I'd be more than happy to fix! 😄
