Add whoisxml api key variable and rename ASM SQS queue

🗣 Description

Add the WHOIS XML key to the variable list to be able to get pulled into the P&E SQS container from the parameter store.

This also renames the ASM SQS queue to asmSync so that it's the same name as the function alias.

💭 Motivation and context

This fixes the breaking ASM Sync SQS scan.
