Hmm.... we are rewriting this for the next release. Not sure what is going on in your specific case but should be much more stable under .net core.
I'm also seeing issues with the enterprise 10.3.0.0. My users are being booted out to the login screen when they attempt to upload files. Let me know if you need any additional information on this.
This has been fixed in the current version of CSET
On both versions, when I try to attach a document to any of the practices on a CMMC assessment, it boots me back to the main menu where all my assessments are listed. The document is not successfully uploaded, and no error messages are given.
