Research: Usability testing for MVP renewal/expiration experience

Issue description

Conduct usability testing for the entire renewal/expiration MVP experience with a domain manager

Acceptance criteria

Start this work as soon as designs/prototypes are finalized

• [ ] Reach out to domain managers
• [ ] Create plan
• [ ] Create script
• [ ] Schedule tests
• [ ] Conduct testing with at least 1 domain manager
• [ ] Share insights with pod
• [ ] Add outreach and participants to tracker

Note: For simplicity, use design prototypes for testing. Can also consider using actual implementations in sandbox, but would need to coordinate with Cloudflare to "expire" a domain
