Currently the reverse lookup support option is hardcoded to true in external/citeproc/citeproc.js in this line:

this.development_extensions.csl_reverse_lookup_support = true;

This is the only way I could get it working since altering the variable after CSL.Engine is constructed doesn't work.

Liase with Frank to find out how to specify this option when constructing CSL.Engine.
