Duplicate names in some styles #75

There are some duplicate style names in the repository: analytic-chemistry.csl, "Analytical Chemistry", http://www.zotero.org/styles/analytic-chemistry analytical-chemistry.csl, "Analytical Chemistry", http://www.zotero.org/styles/analytical-chemistry

injuryprevention.csl, "Injury Prevention", http://www.zotero.org/styles/injuryprevention injury-prevention.csl, "Injury Prevention", http://www.zotero.org/styles/injury-prevention

meteorological-monographs.csl, "Weather, Climate, and Society", http://www.zotero.org/styles/meteorological-monographs weather-climate-and-society.csl, "Weather, Climate, and Society", http://www.zotero.org/styles/weather-climate-and-society

Some are a dependant style, some are a real style.

I think that we should consolidate it, maybe adding "(deprecated)" at the end of the name of the one that should not be used? (and make it just a dependant style).

meteorological-monographs.csl had a wrong title, which I fixed. @adam3smith, would you mind checking whether we can just keep the dependent styles and delete the independent ones for the other two cases?

Yes in both cases - there is no need for an independent style. I'm pretty busy, @rmzelle do you mind doing the actual cleaning up?
