yes. The styles go directly into the repository at Zotero (and to Mendeley, Papers, and potentially other software, too, though I think with more of a delay), so we can't give everyone write access. The way to go is to fork and issue a pull request - see C) here: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/wiki/Submitting-Styles - let me know if you want to do that or if I should just put your style up.
Edit: and, of course, thanks for contributing. Style looks great.
I would be pleased if you could just put my style up. If I get motivated to create more styles, I'll fork and issue a pull request. Thank you for your help!

I tried cloning the repo, creating my style, committing, and pushing, and couldn't get read/write access. Is this intentional? Would I have to be a member of your organization to push changes? Sorry if this is a naive question.
