Minor, but @ilmartyrk or @kevincrepin, I feel like these two parts of this email could use some design attention at some point :)

For the top part, should we have bullets under the the first line, as it seems to be a heading for the 2 underneath? And is there a need to repeat 'User Oksana' if it's already said?
For the lower part, should the text be smaller or separated somehow? It's not looking too slick currently
