VOTING: Improved UX for the soft voting results folder

A spin-off issue from this issue, which insights have shown is an important one for users using our platform for voting.

Here is my proposed solution for the soft voting results. (For hard voting, I'll create a separate issue).

1. Download voting results can stay as it is:

2. The folder should be called 'Vote results', not 'final':

3. Inside the folder we should have:

• A 'Vote data spreadsheet' csv file
• A 'Vote results graph' html file (I'll make a separate issue re making this a PDF)
• A 'Topic text' .docx file
• A folder called 'System tracking data'

4. Inside the 'System tracking data' file, go all the files that aren't relevant to most admins, but I understand are necessary if they do want to prove the validity of the votes:

5. In the 'Vote data spreadsheet' csv file, the layout of the sheet should be more user-friendly, so that admins can both easily understand it, and easily use it to make analysis:
