IDEA GATHERING: After adding ideas, delay in loading #1602

After adding ideas to an idea, it sometimes takes a while for them to load. Or you have to refresh. There's no sign that they are coming though, so for a moment it feels like they haven't loaded.

For me it's not too bad, they fairly quickly start to partially show, but I'm wondering if in places with low internet they could be much slower to load.

Proposal: Could we have some sort of 'Loading images' message that appears instantly, in the gap between posting and the images starting to appear?
