MISC: Tooltips alignment 'polishing' #1605

Just some minor visual tidying up, but the tooltips should be central on mobile, not stuck to the left edge, and the 'tip' of the tooltip should be pointing directly to the centre of the '?' button.

Here is an example, but they all seems to be the same from looking at @ssin1901's folder of test screenshots here:
