Add German Translation #19

Do you know that the version you can download via the etherpad admin plugin is NOT the one you have on github. I did download it and it had no translation tags at all but yours has. Luckily I was checking than with yours as I had already translated it also to other languages (fortunately there were not many strings to translate) but I would suggest to integrate it to the foundation plugins repository instead to have all at one place.

I have published the new version 1.2.3 Be careful to look for ep_embedded_hyperlinks2 and not ep_embedded_hyperlinks to have this plugin
