Database - Postgres, MongoDB, or Postgres + MongoDB #20

@all,

I've been hearing different things from people when it comes to the database which should power RHoK The Hood.

Some have mentioned Postgres and others have said MongoDB.

I think that it would make sense to store the statistics in Postgres because they're relational and to store the GeoJSON shapes in MongoDB.

Thoughts?
