Why is the name changed from citynerf to bungeenerf？ #12

By the way, why is the name changed from citynerf to bungeenerf？

A major reason is that our proposed approach can be applied to general multiscale scenes that are not restricted to city scenes :) Bungee seems to be a better illustration of our target scenario
