📓 Meeting Notes

• Performance Prep Report will require some clarification on what is being pulled from Maximo. There was an example work order we used where the status reflected a 14 minute response vs the actuals reflecting 1.25 hours. Discussed on better using status and proposing using EzMaxMobile.
• Team agreed to have the meeting bi-weekly due to the upcoming training plan
• Rene requested preference between email vs report list #15768
• advised update to Job Plan name from 4-digit number to work group name.

10/29/24

• Discussed previously Seal Coat concerning their Specifiation has been completed. Currently we only have level up?
• They want to capture level up, they are not capturing cut outs?
• advised them to consult with ops team to know exactly which specifications are needed.
• Does not want to label it level up / add cut out. Could require multiple repairs, may be captured by counts in the specifications by COUNT OF REPAIRS and TONS of ASHAPLT. advised to submit DTS ticket for scoping to begin.
