Improve searching for specific dept and unit combinations in the funding table dept-unit autocomplete

I also put this in teams chat, but maybe here is better.
I think the dept/unit is combined so I can't find the specific unit I'm trying to add in here. Tested it for Lasa #3361. I want to put dept as 2507 and unit as D466, but it is combined in the dropdown as dept-unit together.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

a drop-down for dept only and a drop-down for unit only.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Is there anything else we should know?

next week would be great. Trying to get all my funding locations in as soon as possible.

I'll update this issue to reflect the conversation there. There is a workaround, but it is still cumbersome to find specific combinations of dept and unit numbers.
