She clarified that her administrative team would be backing up the existing OCE Dispatchers and they wanted to understand their Maximo<>311 process. Those two staff members may be joining her team and Susan said she can wait to get her team trained when Colby (OCE new staff member under Floyd B.). gets customer service representative training.
